    DomainEnrich ("DomainEnrich", "we", "us", or "our") provides AI-powered company intelligence services that turn any domain into structured, actionable business data (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Service, our website, or our APIs, you agree to this Policy.

    2. Information we collect

    a. Account information

    Name, business email, company, role, password hash, billing details, and authentication identifiers.

    b. Usage data

    Log data, IP address, device and browser metadata, pages viewed, API calls, enrichment volume, and feature interactions.

    c. Customer content

    Domains, URLs, lists, and other inputs you submit to the Service for enrichment, plus the structured output we return (including company attributes such as Synergy Score).

    d. Publicly available business information

    To deliver the Service, we collect, process, and structure information publicly published on company websites and other public sources (company descriptions, products, business model signals, technologies used, leadership pages, etc.).

    3. How we use information

    • Provide, maintain, and improve the Service and our enrichment models.
    • Authenticate users, prevent abuse, and secure our systems.
    • Bill customers and manage engagements.
    • Communicate updates, security notices, and (with consent) marketing.
    • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

    10. Children's privacy

    The Service is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
